⚡ Wie nutzt ReviewGuard die Google API?

ReviewGuard verwendet die Google Business Profile API für folgende Zwecke:

1. Bewertungen abrufen

Wir lesen neue Google-Bewertungen Ihres Unternehmens, um Ihnen Antwortvorschläge zu erstellen. Dies umfasst den Bewertungstext, die Sternebewertung und den Namen des Rezensenten.

2. Antworten veröffentlichen

Mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Genehmigung veröffentlichen wir KI-generierte Antworten direkt auf Ihrem Google Business Profil. Sie haben jederzeit die volle Kontrolle über diese Funktion.

📊 Welche Daten werden verarbeitet?

Daten, die wir verarbeiten:

  • Sterne-Rating der Bewertungen
  • Bewertungstext (öffentlich sichtbar)
  • Name des Rezensenten (öffentlich sichtbar)
  • Datum der Bewertung
  • Name und ID Ihres Google Business Profils

Daten, die wir NICHT speichern:

  • Passwörter oder Zugangsdaten
  • Zahlungsinformationen Ihrer Kunden
  • Persönliche Kontaktdaten der Rezensenten
  • Private Nachrichten oder E-Mails

🔒 Wie werden Ihre Daten geschützt?

  • Alle Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen (SSL/TLS)
  • Hosting ausschließlich in der EU (Deutschland)
  • Keine Weitergabe an Dritte für Werbezwecke
  • Keine Nutzung für Profiling oder Tracking
  • Löschung Ihrer Daten jederzeit auf Anfrage möglich
  • Regelmäßige Sicherheitsaudits unserer Systeme

✋ Ihre Kontrolle

Sie behalten jederzeit die volle Kontrolle über Ihre Daten und die Verbindung zu Google:

Zugriff widerrufen: Sie können die Verbindung zu Google jederzeit in Ihrem Google-Konto unter Sicherheit → Drittanbieter-Apps widerrufen.

Nach dem Widerruf werden alle bei uns gespeicherten Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig gelöscht.

ReviewGuard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

◎ What is ReviewGuard?

ReviewGuard is a service that helps businesses efficiently manage their Google reviews and automatically generate professional responses. Our service is designed for local businesses such as restaurants, hair salons, dentists, hotels, and many other industries.

⚡ How does ReviewGuard use the Google API?

ReviewGuard uses the Google Business Profile API for the following purposes:

1. Retrieve Reviews

We read new Google reviews of your business to create response suggestions. This includes the review text, star rating, and reviewer name.

2. Publish Responses

With your explicit permission, we publish AI-generated responses directly to your Google Business Profile. You have full control over this feature at all times.

📊 What data is processed?

Data we process:

  • Star rating of reviews
  • Review text (publicly visible)
  • Reviewer name (publicly visible)
  • Date of review
  • Name and ID of your Google Business Profile

Data we do NOT store:

  • Passwords or login credentials
  • Payment information of your customers
  • Personal contact details of reviewers
  • Private messages or emails

🔒 How is your data protected?

  • All data is transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS)
  • Hosting exclusively in the EU (Germany)
  • No sharing with third parties for advertising purposes
  • No use for profiling or tracking
  • Deletion of your data possible at any time upon request
  • Regular security audits of our systems

✋ Your Control

You retain full control over your data and the connection to Google at all times:

Revoke access: You can revoke the connection to Google at any time in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps.

After revocation, all data stored with us will be completely deleted within 30 days.
